Title:Cavum tympani
Description:Ventral view into the right middle ear of a dog. The malleus (Manubrium mallei) adheres to the medial aspect of the tympanic membrane and pulls it towards the tympanic bulla. Note the Chorda tympani which crosses the tympanic membrane underneath the muscular process of the malleus.
